Interpretation
Interpretation of the patient’s ABO and Rh status will be defined.

Methodology
Anti-A, Anti-B, and Anti-D are used to determine the presence or absence of antigens during the forward typing. A1 and B reagent cells are used for testing with the patient’s serum for the reverse typing.
