One Light Blue Top (Sodium Citrate) tube and one Lavendar Top (EDTA) tube: 2.7 mL and 2.0 mL blood
Storage and Transport
Deliver to Core Lab within one hour of collection. Do not send through the pneumatic tube system.
Special Instructions
Always allow blue top/citrate tubes to fill completely.
Causes for Rejection
Platelet counts <100×10³µL or HCT is <30%
