Storage and Transport
Send samples to Blood Bank, Blood Bank sends samples to Reference Laboratory for testing.
Causes for Rejection
Improper labeling; wrong tube; gross hemolysis; insufficient volume
Interpretation
The Transplant Program will be notified of any Positive Transmissible Disease testing on donor.

Methodology
This order is for Kidney and Pancreas Transplant program donors requesting donor NAT Testing. The HIV/HCV/HBV Multiplex NAT test will be performed by a reference lab.
