Catalog ID ImmuKnow ImmuKnow Immune Cell Function Assay
Summary
ImmuKnow® is the only FDA-cleared, reimbursable assay designed to detect changes in immune cell function over time, giving you crucial insight for individualized patient management.
By identifying changes in CD4 cell ATP production, the ImmuKnow® assay helps define a range of stable immune function for solid organ transplant patients (SOT).
Results that lie outside an individual patient’s range may help indicate an increased risk of infection or rejection and aid in the diagnosis and differentiation of SOT complications.

- Ship at ambient temperature, priority overnight Monday through Thursday.
- Specimen must be drawn after 4:00 A.M. (CST) and shipped on the same day as collection to meet the 30 hour requirement.
Reference Values
Low immune response: ATP level ≤225 ng/mL.
Moderate immune response: ATP level 226-524 ng/mL.
Strong immune response: ATP level ≥525 ng/mL.
Causes for Rejection
