Improper labeling; wrong tube; gross hemolysis; insufficient volume

Interpretation

Normal Range: Negative, Positive indicates attached IgG antibody to the RBC. Interpret results in conjunction with clinical information, and other laboratory data e.g. hematocrit, reticulocyte count, haptoglobin, and bilirubin tests.

Turn Around Time

IgG 10-15 minutes
